how can i receive fbx file from software

Hello,

You can download FBX models in the back-end from Expivi by going to Catalogue > Selecting one of your products > Configure tab and then pressing the arrow next to your uploaded model on the right side of the screen and then pressing Source. This will download the uploaded FBX file.
