Expivi supports 3D models in FBX and OBJ format. Use a 3D software program like Blender to convert other 3D file formats into these formats.

Who will provide the 3D models?
That’s up to you! You can use your existing 3D models, but we can also help you with that. We provide consultancy to draw 3D models of your product as well.
Can I draw my 3D models using Expivi?
Nope, Expivi is a 3D scene editor. So you are able to setup lighting, views and materials but not draw a model.
Which modeling software should I use?
As long as you are able to export to one of our supported 3D formats. We advise to use 3D modeling softwares rather than CAD modeling softwares, However many of CAD modeling softwares are able to export 3D models very well.
